Payment for B-Epic products is simple and reliable. There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase. The price you see on the Confirm Payment page is exactly what you pay.
Payment methods
Payment for BEpic products (Elev8, Acceler8 etc) can be made as follows:
- by Visa, mastercard, American Express or Discover Novus credit or debit cards.
- Apple Pay service.
- by BEpic E-Wallet fund (for Independent Distributors only)
To pay using your credit card you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card).
Payment will be processed immediately following a successful transaction.
NOTE: your bank may charge extra for converting your country’s currency into US dollars
Billing Profile
When you first signed up and placed your initial order, you provided billing information (including credit card) to use for the order. That information is securely linked (explained below) to your account as the Default Billing Profile for future payments. But you can change your billing information and payment method after-the-fact as often as you like.
When you place an order, you can either select a Billing Profile that is on file with your account or set up a new Billing Profile to use for that order.
If you pay by credit card, the merchant name listed on your statement will be “R&D GLOBAL”.

B-Epic Payments Safety
B-Epic is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information.
Our privacy policy details how we comply with our obligations under US and international privacy legislation. This policy covers all of our dealings with our customers and the public, apart from our dealings as a credit provider.
B-Epic has implemented security measures to reasonably protect your personal information. For example, personal information held electronically is held on secured servers in controlled facilities.
B-Epic realizes the importance of a strong fraud detection and resolution capability. Company and its online payments partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification.

If You B-Epic Payments Declined…
If you see “API Gateway” error message when trying to place an order, this means that your bank withholds funds until you confirm that your order is not fraudulent. Please call your bank and allow the payment processing. Note, B-Epic merchant account is under R&D Global.
