- But the best way to contact B-EPIC is through your back office. Login to your account and press Support – FAQ/Contact Us menu item. Then press Support blue button in right bottom corner of the screen.
To track your order, login to your account using this link (username and password required) and press Order – Order History menu item. You will see a long number such as 9420113899562796408685 or GM545117210104646396
Press on it to track your order.
If your payment by credit / debit card is rejected, first call your bank and ask why the transaction has not been completed. In 95% of cases, the payment is declined by the bank, not by B-Epiс!
